This is the overall view above ground where glass "bubbles" appear from under ground and portray showrooms. The ADVANCED blocks are turned into a shelter-like architecture which more effectively blends into the environments and connect with the below, JUICY. Stylistic stairs are designed to intersect the ideas from both grounds.
The view is captured from an eye level perspective inside the showrooms. From here, both stairs connecting the grounds above and below can be seen. The huge triangular stairs provides an extraordinary view and reinforces the theme to communicate with visitors. The stair to underground studio is also blended with the showrooms. The floor is either pushed upwards or downwards in circular shapes and applied texture to emphasize the displayed items.
This is a view of JUICY from outside. The reason behind the scientifically inappropriate use of glass for an underground construction is thoroughly shown in the graphic above. The hand drawn texture "moist" matches the raindrops (made of long glass blocks) surrounding the spiral stairs which drop towards the water at the bottom. The colorful elements are emphasized to exaggerate the overall style, which generates an attractive view. The "bubbles" are in glass, used as showrooms above ground, and are applied bright colors under ground as decorations to maximize its use.
This is the section of the whole building from front which displays the structure of building. The whole plan was developed throughout the project, where ADVANCED was originally closed blocks, and JUICY are in the direction rotating 90 degrees from original plan, to be able to function reasonably. Geometric shapes are used frequently above ground to signify an advanced, modern architecture, and perfect spheres below ground generates a juicy view. Both platforms are connected by stairs to the ground floor.
